Kalamata Olive and Basil Tapenade Dip

  • 2 cups pitted Kalamata olives
  • 4 Tablespoons capers
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 4 leaves fresh basil, ripped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 lemon, juiced with seeds removed
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil


  • Place all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and pulse until roughly combined. Serve immediately or hold in the refrigerator and serve cold.
